Fair Drill is basically an online platform where:

  1. Employers and Talent acquisition Specialists -   can look for most suitable candidates by comparing their traits and 360-degree performance reviews analyzed by their peers and past employers.
    - Branding enhancement platform for the organizations.

  2. HR -  can use the online “ Workforce Verification” form to do background checks of the candidates.
    -  Can give a review on behalf of the company (if given access) or as a peer to the present/former colleagues.

  3. Employees/Candidates - can showcase their earned reputations, feedback, the trait ratings and can strengthen their digital resume.
    - Can upload video introduction for targetted employers during the job hunt.
    - Can highlight their profile among other competitors for better opportunities.

Yes, Fair Drill is a completely legit platform that believes in following an effective and transparent process.

All the monetary transactions are done through legal payment portals.

Yes, it is absolutely free for both organizations and employees.

On Fair Drill, only your peers, who are working or have worked with you, can give you reviews and ratings. The same goes for companies. Both companies/employees are not given the right to remove any review. However, they can edit reviews if they’re submitted by them and that too only in the case if they’re still not published and waiting to be approved by the admin. Once you’ve submitted the review, the admin from Fair Drill will assess it and will only publish if it falls under the guidelines and standards of the reviewing policies.

Reviewing policy at Fair Drill makes sure that only known peers (that are either working with the employee/employer or have worked in the past) are allowed to give reviews and ratings. This ensures that only authentic reviews are posted on every profile. 

Currently, we do not have a job posting feature. For now, you can only search candidates through “explore talent” on Fair Drill.

Both employees/employers can create their respective profiles while being a standard user. However, all the benefits can only be availed when you are subscribed to the premium plan. These benefits are video introduction, visibility of acquired reviews, and profile visibility in the case of employees. Whereas, for employers, the benefits are workforce verification form, visibility of acquired reviews, explore talent features.

Although you can create and keep a standard profile, however, the premium one gets more benefits and is worth your spending and time on Fair Drill in every aspect.
